Summer 2025 ABA Internship

Summer 2025 | Paid Internship | Wilmington, MA

Gain hands-on experience working with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities in a collaborative, ABA-focused learning environment. This paid internship is designed for students eager to explore careers in special education, psychology, ABA, and related fields.

What You’ll Learn:
• Behavioral and Academic Support – Work 1:1 or 2:1 with students to develop academic, vocational, and daily living skills.
• ABA Techniques in Action – Implement individualized behavior plans and learn the science behind ABA strategies.
• Data Collection & Analysis – Track student progress through data collection and evaluation.
• Collaboration with Experts – Work alongside BCBAs, special education teachers, and therapists (speech, occupational, and physical).
• Career Exploration – Gain exposure to different career paths within education, behavior analysis, and therapy.

What You’ll Get:
• $17.50/hour for a full-time, 40-hour workweek (Monday–Friday 8a-4p).
• CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care certification plus ABA training.
• Mentorship from experienced professionals in special education and ABA.
• Opportunities to shadow clinical specialists, including speech, OT, and PT professionals.

What You Need:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a related field.
• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday 8a-4p).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
