Marketing Intern

Are you interested in learning and perfecting open web search tools (e.g., Google), job boards, etc.? Are you familiar with social media tools like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest? If this describes you, then our Marketing Intern role this spring could be the perfect fit!

Responsibilities

  • Perform market research on industry hiring trends, new business leads, social media, new tools, and more
  • Assist with ongoing marketing-related projects, such as content marketing, blog writing, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Write and edit job postings, marketing content, blog posts, and professional emails for SEO purposes
  • Utilize social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for networking, business development, and promotion of content
  • Rapidly gather and compile candidate data, competitive intelligence, market research, and candidate/company lead generation
  • Search for qualified candidates for active and passive job openings within the Greater Boston Area

Requirements

  • Be available to work a minimum of 16 hours/week
  • Have an educational background in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong writing and image creation skills
  • Interest in pursuing lifelong learning and personal development
  • Creative outside-the-box thinker
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player
