Summer Distillery Intern
Cathedral Ledge Distillery is looking for new members of the team! We are a grain-to-glass distillery and NH’s first and only USDA-certified organic distillery. In addition to being certified organic, we are a leader in environmentally friendly distilling. Cathedral Ledge Distillery is a rapidly growing company with multiple opportunities for the right people.
As a summer intern, you will work directly with the owners of the business. During your internship, you will be exposed to all aspects of the spirit business, including production, sales, and business operations. This can be a unique opportunity to learn about the spirits industry and the challenges of operating a certified organic business. This opportunity could potentially lead to a full-time position in the production, sales, or business portion of the company.
This is a paid, hourly position, with flexible hours and scheduling: the exact dates of the internship will be determined by mutual agreement. Interns must be at least 21 years old before they begin work but may apply anytime. Given our diverse and growing needs, we will consider a variety of majors including Engineering, Science, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Marketing, and Business.
Reliability, flexibility, honesty, and trustworthiness are absolute requirements. Ideally, candidates will work both on-site at the distillery in North Conway, and farmers’ markets and retail outlets throughout NH. Because of this, reliable transportation is a must.
