Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 – 5:00, June 1st, 2026 through August 6th, 2026

Pay: $22/hour

Position Overview:

The summer internship at Marsh McLennan Agency New England offers students a chance to explore the areas of Employee Benefits Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance, Health Management, and Retirement Services. Each intern selected for the program will support one of our key departments while gaining exposure to all business practices. Elements of the internship program include Lunch & Learn sessions with our Executive Leadership Team, analysing client information, researching for ad-hoc projects, a National Internship Competition, and a final group presentation delivered to the Senior Leadership Team. In this role, the intern will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across leadership, sales, service, marketing, and operations.

What do we look for?

• Students graduating in Spring of 2027
• An interest in Employee Benefits, P&C Insurance, or Retirement Services Consulting
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
