Part-Time Bilingual Recruiting Intern

We are seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Recruiting Intern to assist with the recruitment and onboarding of temporary seasonal machine operators. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role focused on sourcing, screening, and onboarding Spanish-speaking candidates. The ideal candidate must be bilingual, resourceful, and skilled at building rapport quickly to support immediate workforce needs.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Source qualified manufacturing associates candidates for seasonal temporary roles
  • Post job ads in English and Spanish via online platforms and local community outlets
  • Conduct brief screenings to confirm work eligibility, experience, and availability
  • Coordinate and complete onboarding tasks
  • Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment and onboarding progress
  • Ensure all roles are filled quickly to meet production deadlines

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Prior experience in high-volume staffing or recruiting (especially industrial or manufacturing) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage a self-paced recruiting workflow
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with warehouse/manufacturing environments is a plus

 

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • 10–12 hours per week with flexible scheduling options
  • Majority of above hours will be on-site at our South Lawrence location
  • Competitive hourly pay
